Black Gold Why Is It So Important

Black gold what you call oil with out it nations would stand still after all most countries are industrialized which is synonymous with oil. You see people with out it this life we have come accustomed to living would stop in it's tracks. World wide population growth is far exceeding the rate at which we discover and pump oil out the ground. By the simple business rules of supply and demand, demand is exceeding the supply we currently can bring to market, meaning we can't pump it out the ground as fast as we consume it. If the trucks that bring food to your local grocery stores have to pay increased fuel prices then they charge the grocery store more for the food they deliver and the grocery store in turn raises the prices for groceries which hit you right in the pockets. Now guess what oil is at an all time high of $83 a barrel and Goldman Sachs says it might hit $90-$95 by next year. http://gulf-news.com/business/Oil_and_Gas/10154387.html
Oil doesn't only effect gas prices but their are so many petroleum based products we use IE:

Air conditioners, ammonia, anti-histamines, antiseptics, artificial turf, asphalt, aspirin, balloons, bandages, boats, bottles, bras, bubble gum, butane, cameras, candles, car batteries, car bodies, carpet, cassette tapes, caulking, CDs, chewing gum, combs/brushes, computers, contacts, cortisone, crayons, cream, denture adhesives, deodorant, detergents, dice, dishwashing liquid, dresses, dryers, electric blankets, electrician’s tape, fertilizers, fishing lures, fishing rods, floor wax, footballs, glues, glycerin, golf balls, guitar strings, hair, hair coloring, hair curlers, hearing aids, heart valves, heating oil, house paint, ice chests, ink, insect repellent, insulation, jet fuel, life jackets, linoleum, lip balm, lipstick, loudspeakers, medicines, mops, motor oil, motorcycle helmets, movie film, nail polish, oil filters, paddles, paint brushes, paints, parachutes, paraffin, pens, perfumes, petroleum jelly, plastic chairs, plastic cups, plastic forks, plastic wrap, plastics, plywood adhesives, refrigerators, roller-skate wheels, roofing paper, rubber bands, rubber boots, rubber cement, rubbish bags, running shoes, saccharine, seals, shirts (non-cotton), shoe polish, shoes, shower curtains, solvents, solvents, spectacles, stereos, sweaters, table tennis balls, tape recorders, telephones, tennis rackets, thermos, tights, toilet seats, toners, toothpaste, transparencies, transparent tape, TV cabinets, typewriter/computer ribbons, tires, umbrellas, upholstery, vaporizers, vitamin capsules, volleyballs, water pipes, water skis, wax, wax paper

just to name a few LOL. With that little lesson if you can find cheap oil and gas exploration companies with proven reserves then you have a great investment that will
make you a fortune in the future. Below is a video by an investor and geologist who makes great point about a company whose stock price is cheap and has great proven future reserves it is his as well as my oil stock pick of the year. Don't miss this chance to get in on a cheap Canadian oil company who will make you a bundle in the coming years it is close to it's 52 week low don't miss this chance to get in on Penn West Energy Trust.
