"Black Wall Street"

No my brothers and sisters Black Wall Street is not some rap group created by rapper The Game. It's an actual place in Oklahoma a village of black people who actually took advantage of the 40 acres and a mule we were given
[no it wasn't a myth] though it was hard to come by but not impossible. The town had bakers, accountants, farmers ... who were very affluent the whole state of Oklahoma had 2 airports yet 6 blacks owned their own plane. There was also California Taylor who i call the black paris Hilton she took a cruise to France every year for her clothes and engaged in other lavish acts[her father owned the biggest cotton gin west of the Mississippi]. In black Wall street as it is referred to as today the dollar circled the community at least 30 times taking almost a year before it left the town. Here on Black Wall Street they made their money the old fashioned way they worked for it, they didn't have basketball players, rappers and drug dealers but instead they had accountants, doctors, lawyers, farmers and other academics. Can we ever have that prosperity again i hope so but the future looks dark with every 1 in 3 black kids wants to be a rapper and the other 2 wants to be a singer or an athlete. What's funny is you have a much greater chance of becoming a business owner or accountant than you do becoming a successful rapper or athlete, but no one tells our kids tht so they keep striving for these unprofitable dreams. How many friends do you have that talk about owning property or investing in stocks or tax free municipal bonds my guess is none. i manage my own investment portfolio and i don't know one dude in the hood that knows about the stock market, News flash the financial markets are the back bone of western civilization, if you don't understand stocks, bonds, and commodities you will always be a servant to money and money will never serve you. To sum it up my message to you gangster, hustling dope boys is diversify your portfolio and acquire some assets you iced out idiots. Stop making Jacob The Jeweler rich off of your advance money from your record deals and buy some land maybe in New Orleans. If every rapper put the equivalent of two diamond chains in money together they can form a private equity fund that would have enough capital to buy land and build houses, apartment buildings, and hotels all over New Orleans [on some real monopoly shit], and truly be ballin out of control you and your sons and their sons baaalllin LOL

P.S - click this link http://www.daveyd.com/blackwallpolitic.html and read about the true sory of the real Black Wall Street to see how they rose to success and their downfall, so we can learn from history and maybe just maybe we can recreate that beautiful town in Oklahoma all over America. Now remember the Golden Rule people he who has the Gold WILL rule.

"The 400 Million Dollar Quarter Water"

It's me snitches hope i didn't interrupt our mixtape, rap video filled lives but i'm back to spew that venom. Something touched my heart, a couple months ago I was trading on the market and heard Coca Cola's [ticker symbol KO]4.1 billion dollar buy out of glaceau the makers of vitamin water. Yes the second thing I thought was wow 50 cent is gonna get a fat check and a taste of the stock market where the real cheddar is. what was the first thing i thought you ask well it's why don't i own shares in Coke of course. It seems 50 owned 10% of the company and his cut from the buyout was 10% of 4.1 billion dollars=
400 million dollars, the biggest check any rapper can ever conceive. Even Kanye West had to admit that when he heard about the 400 million dollar payday,it showed him that in the grand scheme of things he "didn't have his money right"[singing],I guess that was his inspiration for his new song. Yes people the gold is not in music but in real assets like stocks, bonds, land etc and the quicker we stop buying Nike's and start buying stocks in Nike the faster we stop being the best dressed poor people on earth. Hopefully this brilliant business move by 50 cent will inspire others like Kanye to invest some of that tour money in some real assets and business ventures. Here's to you 50 Cent the 400 million dollar man, now don't buy out the bar with it buy out the bars of gold and silver bullion with it. Here are my suggestions of how you should allocate your investments with that check [after taxes of course].
20% - equities [stocks]
10% - government bonds and treasury bills
25% - real estate preferably farm land
40% - hard assets[gold, palladium etc precious metals] mostly silver it is greatly undervalued
5% - start up business ventures bars, clubs, franchises etc...

cheers 50 Cents invest or die trying and remember the Golden rule people he who has the Gold will rule.
